The Wellness Company offers flu shot clinics to employers throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts with a minimum of 50 participants. All work shifts and weekend schedules will be accommodated.
We now offer on-line registration for worksite flu events. This allows us to be more efficient, minimizing employee time away from work and simplifying the coordination efforts with the employer's representative.
Many employers take the opportunity to include family members in their event. The Wellness Company welcomes any participant 19 years and older.
The Wellness Company accepts the following health insurance for all worksite events.
- Blue Cross & Blue Shield – any plan
- UnitedHealthcare
- Federal Blue Cross
- Medicare Part B
- United Healthcare Medicare Complete
- Medicaid (RIte Care)
Employers may elect to pay on behalf of those participants not covered under these health plans, or they may indicate that employees will "self-pay" at the flu event. There will be a charge of $20.00 per flu shot.
