The Wellness Company has created a new program that enables the entire family to receive their flu shots together. From October through December, we will hold “family flu events” at our Rhode Island Mall location. We invite parents, children (age 6 months and older), and extended family members to participate.
To register for a family flu event, click here to reach the registration page, and then enter the login given to you by your pediatric provider. You will be able to register up to six family members at a time by choosing an available time slot and entering each person's registration information.
Walk-ins are welcome if your pediatric provider does not participate in our online registration.
For these flu shot events, The Wellness Company accepts the following health insurance:
- Blue Cross & Blue Shield – any plan
- UnitedHealthcare of New England
- Medicare Part B
- United Healthcare Medicare Complete
- Medicaid (RIte Care)
- Medicaid (Neighborhood Health)
- Medicaid (United)
There will be a $15.00 charge for the following:
- Those who are insured by another carrier
- Those 18 and younger with no insurance
There will be a $25.00 charge for those 19 and older with no insurance.
